Adding a card for the HQ
On the left side menu, go to Settings --> Billing.
Under the section ‘Credit card settings’ click on the button ‘Add a credit card’.
Enter your card details, and click ‘Save’.
You will now see your encrypted card details successfully stored on the page, and further transactions paid by the HQ will get charged using this card.
Adding a card for individual office/offices
Follow steps 1-3 in the guide above.
You will now see your encrypted card details successfully stored on the page, and further transactions paid by your office will get charged using this card.
What will happen when the card is connected?
Once a card has been added on the Billing page future transactions, campaigns ordered, will be charged upfront using the card we have on file.
How to follow up on the billing history?
Your invoices and receipts are available on the billing page.
