View total campaign results and filter for a specific information

The Analytics page consists of six tabs, where each tab provides you with valuable data for different areas. You find the Analytic page in the main menu to the left when logged in to Adfenix platform.

For each tab, the option is given to select a specific office or get aggregated data for all offices, (depending on your role).

You can also choose within what time period the data should be visualized for.

Overview - Summary of the most important measurement values

  • Property page visit (avg); Average amount of visits on property page for ads via Adfenix

  • Leads per property (avg): Average amount of leads generated for advertised homes via Adfenix. A “lead” is ​​a person who has provided you with contact information on your property page

  • Time on market; The average selling time for a home through Adfenix

  • Time saved with Adfenix (hours)

    • The average time to order an ad manually on Facebook is 20 minutes

    • By using Adfenix where ads are automatically generated, your agents have saved X amount of time

  • Adfenix advertised properties; Amount of properties advertised over time with Adenix. (Hover over the graph for more information).
    The line graph shows the number of advertised homes with Adfenix and the bar graph shows the percent in relation to all advertised listings during the same period

Web Performance - Monitoring how offices perform with Adfenix services

  • Total property visits; The total amount of visitors on our property pages

  • Visits per property (avg); Average amount of visits received on listings pages, (refers to all listings)

  • Leads; The total amount of leads that have been generated via the property pages (refers to all listings). A “lead” is ​​a person who has provided you with contact information on your property page

  • Leads per property; Average amount of leads generated via the property pages (refers to all listings). A “lead” is ​​a person who has provided you with contact information on your property page

  • Buyer lead per 10.000 property visits; How many buyer leads you get on average out of 10,000 people visiting your property pages.
    (A Buyer lead is a person that have made one or several of the following actions. "Booked showing", "Contact request submit", "Download info submit" or "Contact request")

  • Seller lead per 10.000 property visits; How many seller leads you get on average out of 10,000 people visiting your property pages.
    (A Seller leads equals a person who has made one or several of the following actions "Book appraisal + Engage qualified seller leads (Lead type = Seller)

  • Property page visits (avg); The average number of times someone has clicked on the link in your ad

  • Leads per property (avg); The average number of leads your properties generate on the property page such as provided contact details, e.g. contact forms or clicking on a link to call the agent

  • Visits by source

    • Where your traffic has originated from

    • Internal website = organic traffic, a user who has entered the URL and gone directly to the customer's website

    • Social = referral from social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)

    • Search Engine = Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.

    • Others = uncategorized sources, such as small blogs, and media outlets

Campaigns - View the top campaigns

  • Listed properties; Total number of properties put up for sale

  • Launched properties; Total number of properties put up for sale

  • Active Campaigns; Total number of advertised properties and the corresponding percent

  • Result page invitations; The number of invitations to the Results Page for an advertised property with Adfenix and the corresponding percentage in relation to all created result pages

  • Campaign Performance

    • The total number of impressions across all campaigns

    • The total number of reach across all campaigns

    • The total number of clicks across all campaigns

  • The total number of click frequency across all campaigns. (CTR = click-through rate)

    Ordered product's dist; The total distribution of your available packages/ programs ordered

  • Click frequency performance

    • The blue bars represent the total number of orders for each month

    • The dark line represents the average click frequency (CTR) for each month

  • Order ratio; The distribution of products out of the total number of orders placed per month

Office - Monitoring how offices perform with Adfenix services

  • Total offices; The total number of offices

  • Active offices; The number of active offices as of today

  • Inactive offices; The number of inactive offices as of today

  • All offices; A table of all the offices containing detailed information on how the offices use and perform with Adfenix services. Filtering is done based on time period. Filter/ Sort the table to view the highest or lowest performing offices in the different categories
