Facebook pushed a system-wide algorithmic update at some point during the summer 2023 . It seems that this update is not performing as intended, as we have noticed that it has caused advertisers’ pages to be flagged in much greater volumes with no reason or explanation.

This global issue affects customers across every industry; agencies, enterprises, small family businesses, etc... It is not limited to Real Estate or Adfenix connected pages.

If you find that your page gets restricted, we advise that you should not appeal the restriction through your Business Manager, instead get in contact with Facebook/Meta support and appeal through them. An internal appeal goes to a different team, which has been shown to be a more effective route to lifting the page restriction. This is to avoid permanent restriction.
