There are different types of information-emails triggered, depending on the status of your listing or your campaign. You will not necessarily receive all emails, as they are based on individual settings and adapted as needed.

Publication email

When a new property is listed on your website (listing For Sale).

A publication email is triggered and sent out when the listing is added to Adfenix system. This happens when we fetch data from your website and detect your “For sale tags” (e.g. active, for sale etc) it can take up to 6 hours. If the email is not sent out within 6 hours, there are a few things you can try before contacting support (see the suggestions below).

When changing status from Coming Soon to For Sale.

The publication email is sent out as soon as our system detects the status update, this usually takes a few minutes from when the update is done in your internal system. If the email is not sent out, there are a few things you can try before contacting support (see the suggestions below).

  • If the listing was newly listed: There is one event that you can influence that trigger data to sync between your website and the Adfenix system - "Someone visits the listing page". Therefore, a quick fix is to manually visit the listing page, to trigger the sync which in turn triggers the publication to be sent out

  • If the listing was listed before your office started to use Adfenix: In this case, you won’t receive a publication email for that specific listing. Instead, you can order a campaign on the order page. Read more about that in this article.

  • If the listing did not change it status from Coming Soon to For Sale:
We recommend you to double-check the status in your CRM system to make sure that the status of your listing is correct. If the listing has changed status in your CRM system but not in the Adfenix platform, please use the guide “Update listing information” to update the property status.

.

Additional information in the email:

The publication email provides you with a link directly to the order page where you can order a new campaign or cancel your campaign, if you have auto publication activated.

Live email

When your campaign is live on social media.

The “live email” will be triggered as soon as your campaign is live. If the live email is delayed, more than 6 hours from when you ordered the campaign or more than 48 hours from when you received the publication email, then please contact support for help.

Additional information in the Live email.

The live email provides you with links directly to the social media ads. It also contains the link to the result page, where you can follow the campaign performance in real time, the result is first generated after 24 hours.

Post Sale Agent Booster email

When a listing is marked as “Sold”.

A publication email for a Post Sale Agent Booster (e.g Neighbourhood Booster) is triggered and sent out. This can take up to 6 hours. Listed in below are a few things to have in mind before contacting support for help.

  • Listing is marked as Sold, or has been removed: The Post Sale Agent Booster will be triggered when the listing has been marked as sold. If the listing is removed and not available, the Post Sale Agent Booster will not be triggered.

  • If the order page is displaying incorrect information: When a property is marked as Sold on your website, the image visible on the listing page (main image) will be mirrored in the platform on the order page, and “locked”. This image will be used in the Post Sale Agent Booster campaign. Depending on your settings, an overlay will be added to the image and a pre-written text is provided as a message.

Images and text can be edited manually if desired. Read more in this article, on how to order a campaign.

Additional information in the email.

The publication email provides you with a link directly to the order page, where you can edit and order the campaign. You can also cancel the campaign if you have auto publication activated on your Post sale Agent Boosters and not want to advertise.

Result email

When a campaign is completed.

A result email will be sent out as soon as the campaign has been completed, providing you with a direct link to the Results Page. Read more about The Result Page overview.
